Decent essays, good recs.

I like your chances....this coming from someone who got in ED.

Decent essays? Why not GREAT essays? The essays can be the clinching arguement for an acceptance or a rejection. I hope you are being modest when you say "decent."

Otherwise, good chances (nothing's a sure thing, obviously, but you can be confident about your application--except for that "decent" which worries me).

well i say decent when I compare them to some of the essays in those books (you know, one of those books titled "50 accepted essays"). The essays are good but I don't know whether they are shockingly good. I'm not that great of a writer (english is one of my lower subjects).

hahaha, well, if they're decent compared to the perfect essays, you're probably fine. Don't sweat it, k?

k, thx alot! Good luck.
