SAT (new): 760 CR, 760 M
SAT II: 720 Bio, 760 US History, 760 Eng Lit
APs: school doesn’t offer them (all honors classes), but i took Euro (4) and English Lit (4) on my own.
Recs: Teacher 1 loved me, probably a 10/10. Teacher 2 seemed to really like me, probably 8-9/10. Counselor knows me pretty well, will probably be 8-9/10.
Essays: 10/10. Personal statement tells a really compelling story and I think my supplements are good.
High School: Jesuit, Elite (Top 3 in the US)
Extracurriculars: 4 years speech and debate (student congress president), Italian Cultural Club (4 years), LGBT Awareness Club (only been around the past 2 years, on leadership committee), Democrats/Republicans Club (4 years), Amnesty International (2 years, writer for school-wide publication).
Georgetown Summer Program (1 year), CTY (1 year)

I know my top 3 or 4 are reaches, but how competitive am I for them?

It appears your diverse testing (and other factors) would get you an acceptance at at least one of your top-listed four and at least four of your next-listed five. So maybe five or more acceptances in total would be a result to which you can comfortably look forward. Good luck.
