<p>Not very many leadership positions, but the NIH Internship will help a LOT, assuming you've done it more than just one year (I've done it for 3 summers). I'd say you're in.</p>

<p>You have some nice qualifications, but nothing eye-openingly impressive. I'd say you have a good chance, but choose your teacher recommendations carefully, and spend an unholy amount of time preparing your essays.</p>
