chances for school of business?

Fairly good I guess.

Does U of I even care about SAT II's?

Class rank/SAT score are fine. SAT IIs are not used. Now for the caveats: (a) of all the UIUC colleges, the business college has the lowest admission rate, somewhat below 50%; (b) it admits based on a full file review basis and essays are important and having high stats does not assure admission over others with lower stats as a result.

No, U of I doesn't care about SAT IIs. You don't have to send 'em.

What's your ACT score? I believe the mean ACT for business is about 29-31 or so. I think your unweighted GPA may be a little low; I'm not sure about that.

With business, the quality of your essays are almost just as important as your numbers. Make sure your essays are creative, thoughtful, well-written, and show a strong interest in the community. IT'S TRUE that someone with lower stats may be admitted on the strength of factors such as extra-curriculars and essays. Make sure your ECs are strong.

With the information given, I'd say you have a roughly 75% chance..
