CHANCES - somebody help

Probably like everyone else in my position, I'm extremely confused as to what colleges I'd be accepted to. You know the drill; parents, friends and pretty much everybody has their own opinion about your chances. Can you guys help me out?
I'm a junior, so I'll start applying this summer. As far as class rank goes, I've worked very hard to remain in the top 5% at a very competitive high school.
GPA: 3.89
HPA: 4.52 (out of 5?)
ACT: 32
SAT:2200
AP's: Up to junior year, I've taken 5 AP's (Human, World, US, Bio, Lang). 5's and 4's on exams.
EC's and Achievements: Editor-in-Chief of school newspaper (it's an actual class, not a club anyone can join), member of National Honor Society, member of National Chinese Honor Society, photography published in school literary magazine, member of Young Republicans Club.
Com. Service: I volunteer at the local hospital, delivering gifts to patients and discharging them when ready.

As far as the college search goes, I'm considering A TON of schools. what do you guys think??
1) UMiami, UFlorida, UVirginia
2) UChicago, UPenn, Dartmouth

Any input would be a HUGE help! Thank you!

UMiami - match
UFlorda - match
UVA - reach
UChicago - reach
UPenn- high reach
Dartmouth - High reach

Your SAT and ACT could be a bit higher. Also, your ECs are a bit lacking. Maybe you can work on adding to them a little bit this summer. Good luck!
