Chances to fairly non competitive schools

I’m currently considering U of A, ASU, Temple, Case Western, University of Rochester, Northeastern, UMass Amherst, Worcester, Penn State, Georgia Tech, and University of Oregon.

Intended major: chemical engineering? (definitely something engineering related)
GPA: was a 4.0/4.33, but I had a pretty rough semester, so it will probably drop to about 3.8
Test scores: PSAT- 1450, SAT II- 720, AP- a 4 and a 5 so far. Still waiting on 2 SAT IIs and 3 APs, and I’ll be taking at least 5 more AP exams during HS.
ECs: piano, math club, science olympiad, veteran’s heritage, and volunteering at the pound, nothing really special and my involvement has been phasing in and out due to all my issues
State: AZ
Demographics: white female, upper middle class
My dad is a prof at the U of A which helps with tuition/acceptance
Schools
Safety- U of A, ASU, University of Oregon
Match- Temple, case western, UMass amherst, Worcester, Penn state
Reach- Northeastern, University of Rochester, Georgia tech
I’m a sophomore, but my parents want me to start doing college visits this summer. Basically my only questions are if my reaches are too far beyond me to even consider (my main worries are that my ECs are mediocre, my grades/course rigor are dropping too much, and my test scores aren’t incredible enough to compensate)

My four year plan:
Frosh year: AP bio and human geo, honors english, spanish, and precalc, regular health/PE
Sophomore year: AP micro, chem, and world, honors english, spanish, and calc
Junior year: AP calc BC and physics C, regular USH, spanish, and dance, either AP or regular lang/comp(not sure)
Senior year: calc and some science class thru dual enrollment, AP or regular lit, regular gov, dance, free period(might use it to independent study music theory, work on college apps, etc)
