Chances to get into good UC

I live in the California and go to a really competitive public school. I am in 10th grade and my GPA is only 3.68 (3.71 weighted), which I believe my the end of 2nd semester I can get up to 3.77 (3.81 unweighted). I am in the top 20 - 30% in my school out of 600 people in my grade only.

9th Grade
-FBLA (I won)
-Tennis
-Summer Internship
-Developed an App (was featured on various websites)

10th Grade
-FIRST Robotics
-Software Development Club
-National Honor Society
-FBLA

55 volunteer hours

I am going to continue to do these club I have done this year and I am planning on attending a prestigious summer program at a university this year related to technology. I aspire to be a software developer. I believe I can achieve a GPA above 3.85 by senior year. I hope to go a to a good UC in 2 years.

What can I do to improve my chances of going to a good college? What can I change about my activities that I do? Am I on the right track?

And also I have yet to take my PSAT or SAT.

Too early as of now to accurately chance. What summer program do you intend to go to, out of curiosity?

I plan on going to one of those summer programs in colleges where you take courses.

(FYI, those aren’t prestigious. Just because it’s at a prestigious college doesn’t mean it’s regarded as prestigious by colleges)
