Chances transferring with a 3.0 GPA to top school?

My GPA freshman year was in the gutter due to my mother being ill and losing her business and having to finance my education by myself. I ended up with a 2.2 GPA by the end of the year...

Anyways, I received straight As this semester and I'm not sure how much that'll help my case but I'm hoping for the best. Here are my stats:

Current School: Top 20 Liberal Arts College
Economics Major
GPA: ~3.0 (When fall grades are taken into account)
Extracurricular:
Student Government , Varsity Athlete (DIII but Top NCAA competitor), Student Organizations Finance Committee, Resident Advisor, Investment Club, Black Student Association, Women of Color,"America Reads, America Counts" Math Tutor
Fluent in 3 Languages

I'd like to transfer somewhere with a bigger class size, near a city, similar in prestige, etc.

Chances at...
Ivies
USC
Georgetown
UC Berkely
UCLA
Notre Dame
Vanderbilt

I know I'm reaching to far but these are my top, top choices. Any suggestions.

thank u
UNC Chapel Hill

…anything at all?

…would really appreciate at least one response…

I cant see any as a solid chance. Maybe check out American University or UCSD.

Ok any other recommendations?

I’m sorry about that situation, but colleges won’t be so empathetic
you will have almost no change at any of the schools… especially the ivys

try American University or a Cal State

“Varsity Athlete (DIII but Top NCAA competitor)”

contact the coaches in your sport at schools you’re interested in – being a recruited athlete is the golden ticket
