Chances with below average stats but a really good essay

Hello!
USC is by far my top choice of schools and I was wondering if I had a chance at all.
I applied towards the end of December to the college of Arts and Sciences.
My unweighted GPA is a 3.5 and my weighted is pretty high (I think its about 4.2 or so). I plan on sending semester grades, and this semester I will only have one B so that will improve my GPA at least a little bit.
I have taken a lot of honors and AP classes (4 AP classes last year, took AP Psychology test as independent study as well and got a 5). I am taking 4 AP classes this year.
My SAT is a 2040 (690M, 700CR, and 650W).
My recommendations are probably pretty good, but nothing outstanding.
My EC are pretty good, I was the president of a few things and won a few awards.
My essay was phenomenal - I was born without thumbs and I wrote about playing the piano with four fingers and how playing the piano gave me confidence and I learned that I was not disabled. Everybody who read my essay loved it.
Do you think I have a chance at all with fairly low stats? I was thinking about taking the SAT again in January to see if I could maybe get it up to a 2150 or so but would it even be worth my time considering they might not receive my scores before looking at my application and I still have a pretty low GPA?

Without a doubt.

Did you mean without a doubt I will get into USC or without a doubt I should retake the SAT?

Without a doubt you’d get in. Your SAT scores aren’t really that bad, but your course rigor and especially your condition would make you unique in the eyes of the admission officers.

If you want, you could still re-take the SATs, as it’d show you’re dedicated and strive for good scores.
