Will my chances increase if an incredible amount of students were accepted to a certain college?
There were 70-90 students accepted into UCLA from the senior class this year.
Will it increase my chances?

It could help, but also hurt you. Sometimes its good to have alot of applicants to a place known and recognized for going to a certain school. On the flip side, if you have like too many from your school apply, then it could hurt you because they can compare you and make assumptions. They also want a geographical diversity. 70 from one school to another would seem bad...IMO.

No, it will not increase your chances. What would UCLA have to gain from favoring one high school over another?
