chances with new SATII scores! (bates, bryn mawr, villanova, fordham)

GPA: freshman and sophomore year- UW 3.8 W 4.1

cr- 720

*SAT II's

U.S. History- 640
Are these going to hurt my chances a lot? I know they're pretty weak.

Rank: 30/280 (this is probably the weakest part of my app... it's because of kids taking easy classes to boost their rank)

Rec's will also be very positive, except I'm not sure how good the quality of the writing will be. I'm getting one from on of the college professors I had during my summer courses. He's head of the political science program and I want to major in political science.
