chances?

ok, this is my first time posting chances thread.
i'm international student (korean) seeking lots of aid, and I have no idea how hard it is at Mac (i know they have generous international aid) to get in with $.

SAT (old): 750V 780
SAT II: 800MathIIC 790Kor 790USHis 780Phys 770Bio 750Writ 730MathIC
big extracurriculars: piano (sent in CD), tennis (Varsity 4 years), ASB (student gov- 2 years), big brother, hospital volunteer.

i'd appreciate any comment, but it'd be especially helpful if anyone who is, or knows, an international student with fin aid could respond. thanks.

Well, I'm not sure about international admits, but if you were domestic I'd say that you are a shoe-in.

i agree . (10 characters)

o.. thanks for the answer.
mac's one of my top choices, but i've heard that its int'l admit rate (for those applying for finaid) is around 10% or so...
does anyone know when they contact us for the interview?

i never got contacted about an interview.

You generally have to call and schedule an interview (at least for domestic students).

You have to call and schedule an interview; it isn't required for Mac, just encouraged.

They don't do phone interviews, though...I'm in Argentina and I checked. You might want to ask anyway, just to see whether there's a rep in your area by some random chance. You never know.

Your chances look amazing to me, although I have no idea what the deal is for internationals. Good luck!
