<p>You'll get accepted without a doubt. You just have to hope for a Scholarship because Out of State is like 30,000 I think. :(</p>

<p>but you will get accepted unless they drastically raise the bar for applicants next year.</p>

<p>Admission into PSU is very numbers driven (GPA and SAT). You should get in no problem with your stats. You might even have a chance at honors- in this case it would help if you get your SAT scores up. Honors is a separate application, with essays and recs. If you get in, they give $3500 as a merit scholarship plus you might be able to get more money from one of the schools. Honors gets you nice dorms, smaller classes, priority registration, travel grants. Good luck!</p>
