Okay, so I know I have a super slim chance of getting into Northwestern, but I just want to know HOW slim it is.

32 ACT (I’m taking it again in June)
4.0 unweighted (I haven’t checked my weighted)
ranked 6 in class of 123

Extracurriculars:
Varsity cross country every year
class office every year
prom committee co-chair
NHS
NHS VP senior year
Latin club grades 10-12
weekly volunteer at public library
volunteer with the National Hispanic Institute (it’s like Latino youth leadership)
participant in National Hispanic Institute

Other info:
I’ve taken the most challenging courses offered at my school
National Hispanic Scholar

some other awards that probably aren’t that important

also I am a staff writer on the newspaper and assistant prose editor for lit mag

not that slim. get that ACT around a 34 and you could be admitted.
