So i just wanted to know if Clarks honor college program would be a good safety cos i do want to get a safety thats near home. Is there another college in oregon more "techie" better for engineering. Don't know too much about oregon colleges actually.

If you want to study engineering forget U of O, it doesn't even have an engineering program. Oregon State is the public school to look at for engineering, and University of Portland is really good too. With your grades and everything, I would look somewhere better out of state, but OSU and UP are good options.
