Chances?

Do you think I have any chance? My GPA might be a bit different, because my school only offers 2 honors courses (they're weighed like AP classes), and my school only submits our weighed GPA. I go to a very difficult private school, it's one of the 222 Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence in the country, whatever that means.

GPA:
9th grade: UW 3.1 W 3.1
10th: UW 3.25 W 3.42
11th UW 4.0 W 4.4
12 expecting the same as junior year, maybe with a higher weighed gpa since I'm taking one more AP.

SAT 2290

EC
A lot of volunteering for my local democratic HQ.
Helped run a congressional campaign
Founded school's Stock Club
Model UN
Spent a summer improving my Arabic
Congressional internship
Macro-photography (Submitted to county fair)
Will volunteer at the Democratic National Convention in Denver
Heavily involved in school's drama department
Work part time for my dad and build his business' website

I speak English, Arabic, and Spanish (I just finished AP and I'm going into Spanish 5.) I'm half Iraqi (There are only ~37,000 of us in the U.S.), and I'd like to think I'm a bit different. I'll probably write about being a secular Iraqi in my essay.

Also, I might apply ED.

Also also, my school doesn't rank.

You have great stats. Just make sure you set yourself apart in your essay: focus on your passion(s), and make sure you're unique.
Your essay about being an Iraqi in the U.S. would be a fascinating read given the current political situation, but keep in mind there are probably thousands of students out there who will write about diversity/secularism/etc. Make sure it's not a generic read.

Awesome, I'm less worried about the essay and recommendations than my stats; I think my essay will be original, but I thought my low 9th/10th grade GPA would hurt me. Do you think it will be a severe disadvantage? The GPA that my school will be submitting will only be ~3.86. I know my school doesn't really have any honors classes, and they only recommend taking one AP per semester, but I think that still might be a bit low. Any thoughts?

Cool, I just noticed I'm a junior member.... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

The upward trend is good, but a 3.2 in 10th grade could be worrying. You don't have an artistic/athletic hook to assuage those fears either. So grades aren't great. You did very well on your SAT though.

You'll have to expand a bit on your volunteering and your theater before anyone can really gauge your EC's. I'd say as of now you'll be in the mix, but you're not going to stand out without a great essay. Still a good chance.
