Let me know if I forgot something

A 1210/1600 SAT I = a 27 ACT. Much depends upon your state of residency. If you live, for example, in Ohio, then you have very little chance of being admitted to either Wm. & Mary or the Univ. of Virginia as an out-of-state applicant. If you are a Virginia resident then you are competitive for Virginia, but not for Wm. & Mary unless your application recs, essays & intended major are a great match. Miami of Ohio looks like a match. Oberlin is a slight reach.

Lucky me, I'm from Ohio. Thank you for your opinion

I don't know about Miami or Oberlin but I don't think W&M or UVA would be in your future even if you were a VA resident. They are tough.
