<p>Your unweighted GPA is competitive, being in the top 10% helps too. The issue appears to be the ACT score. Since you seem to be a junior you have time to focus on raising the test score. I’d suggest a prep course. Consider the SAT as you may find it easier. Take as many AP classes as you can successfully handle.</p>

Take the ACT again or take the SAT and boost your scores. You don’t yet have the minimum required for consideration. This is directly from the FSU website:

"In addition to the applicant’s overall composite on the ACT or total score on the SAT, the following minimum subscores are required:
* Writing - 21 on the ACT English or 500 on the SAT writing
* Math - 21 on the ACT math or 500 on the SAT math
* Reading - 22 on the ACT reading or 500 on the SAT critical reading</p>
