<p>Here is the problem. Once you have an AA, you are looked at as a transfer rather than a FTIC (first time in college), and you are held to a higher standard. For the major you declare, you will need to be on tract for that academic map at FSU. If the 3.5 is a weighted GPA, and any one of your subscores on your SAT is not at least 500, you will have a challange getting in as a freshman. If you have a great (ie unweighted) community college gpa AND an AA degree AND you are on track for your MAP for your major, you will get in as a transfer with junior standing.</p>
