chances?

Weighted GPA 3.6

My SAT scores are: 610 math, 690 reading, 730 writing with an 11 on the essay.

SAT II scores: 630 Math I, 660 Literature, 800 U.S. History.

My AP scores are 5 on AP US History and 5 on AP US Government, both from junior year. I got an A in AP US History and an A+ in AP US Government, and I've performed well in English and other history courses, and I've been on the honors french track for freshman, sophomore, and junior year. I've always been on the advanced math and science track as well but sometimes i haven't performed as well as i'd like.

This year I'm taking AP English Literature, AP Biology, AP European History, AP Art History, Calculus 1, and French 5.

I was the student representative to the school board for 3 years, a member of student council, in chorus, an active member of the Global Responsibility Organization, and a contributor to the newspaper for 2 years (freshman and sophomore). I had my AP US History and AP US Government teachers do my recommendations.

What would you say my chances are?

Your test scores are not GREAT, but the great thing about Holy Cross is they are test optional! But your writing is strong. Good grades in your History and English classes. I know Holy Cross has a fairly stick policy about not accepting students with “c’s” on their high school transcrips. That is not to say NOONE who gets a C during their high school career is admitted, but I know a girl from my school who was being recruited, her senior grades came in with two c’s on them and not she is no longer “wanted”.

What exactly were your grades in the your math/science classes?
And are you planning on sending in your test scores?

Solid GPA by the way also

**obviously the 800 would be a great thing to send!
I dont know their policy on SATII’s but I doubt they hurt, especially a perfect score

ahh another note:
your scores may be above average for Holy Cross. I just realized I dont know what “great” means in therms of this schools average. I might be holding to a higher standard in my mind, your scores might REALLY help you potentially.

Freshman year honors biology I got an A, sophomore year advanced chemistry A-, junior year advanced physics B-, senior year ap biology B

Math: freshman year advanced geometry, sophomore year advanced alg 2, junior year trigonometry, senior year calculus 1. C’s in all except calculus 1 (B- in calculus 1).
