Chancing for Duke?

I want to go into engineering, and sadly I'm at this tier where I'm almost at Duke level, but there are no schools between a reach school and a mainly backup school. So here's the deal.

No AP's freshmann year, (School doesn't allow it)
All A's except for a B in Spanish I (91.7, school uses 7 point scale)

Two AP's sophomore year, (One online, school normally allows for one AP sophomore year)
AP Computer Science
AP Human Geography

Four AP's Junior year
AP Psychology (Either A or B)
AP US History (Most likely A)
AP World History (Most likely A)
AP English III (Estimating B)
Also I'm probably going to get a B in Honors Spanish III.

For senior year, I'm taking six APs
AP Calculus AB/BC (2 APs)
AP Chemistry II
AP Comparative Government
AP Statistics
AP Art History

The mistake I made this year was loading on social science APs, which were the few I could take (As the school didn't let me take the prerequisites to science AP's sophomore year) when I am much better at match and science than english and history.

SAT score - 2030 as of December during sophomore year

I'm taking it again in a week, I was supposed to get the January SAT but it was postponed due to 'wintry weather'. (The chance of snowfall shuts down Charlotte, NC)
I didn't really study for it last year, and I'm hoping that with enough studying I can get it within the 2200-2300 or even 2300+ range hopefully.

Extracurriculars
Scholastic club (Quiz bowl competition, twelve, quill)
Technology Student Association (Few years running)
Young Republicans (Albeit libertarian)
Co-founder and Vice president of Go club (Small club, but leadership position)
National Technical Honors Society
Mu Alpha Theta
National Honors Society

I have around 100 hours volunteering as well at various places.

Duke's my top, top choice school, I'll probably be applying early decision, so that might change things, I'm not sure if the admission rate is high or not.

So, chances?

EDIT: Forgot my GPA!
Unweighted GPA of 3.94
Weighted GPA of 4.647
Class rank 21/622 (Big school)
I'll probably end high school with a GPA around 5.0 or so, give or take a little.

For my school an A in an AP course is a 6.0, an A in an honors course is a 5.0, and A in a standard is 4.0.

Sat is pretty low for duke. Your ECs are okay but not great. You have a little chance but not mich

Well seeing as you only took the SAT in sophomore year, you still have over a year to bring that up. So you definitely have a shot.

How’d you get into Young Republicans though? I thought you had to be 18.
