Change major whern accepted?

<p>so i got accepted to Rutgers Camden College of Arts and Sciences, but for my academic interests i put English and Economics on the application. Can i change my major once im going to Rutgers? I want to major in computer science which is also in college of arts and sciences. So can i change my major as a first year student?</p>
