<p>I changed my high school after completing 10th Grade, I have already submitted the application to one university through common app and failed to mention that. Where should I mention this information in the common app ?</p>
<p>And, What should I do about my already sent application, in which, I didn't mention that I changed schools.</p>

<p>Call or email undergraduate admissions and explain it. Common App specifically says that’s the only way you can have something altered in the “Signature” section.</p>

<p>It could create a few problems if the school calls to clarify something and there isn’t a record of you being at your secondary school your first two years, and it’s definitely not going to hurt you in any way as long as you say you moved/couldn’t afford a school/whatever.</p>
