Changing from Berkeley College of Environmental Design to College of Letters and Science

<p>I was recently accepted into UC Berkeley. I applied to the College of Environmental Design and was just wondering how difficult it'd be to transfer over to the College of Letters and Science. I'd really like to major in Economics if possible. What are my chances of making this change? </p>

<p>Although changing to L&S appears to only require a 2.2 GPA in frosh year, 2.5 GPA otherwise (although it is not completely clear if it is automatic if the listed requirements are met, or competitive with potentially higher standards), declaring the economics major requires a 3.0 GPA in its prerequisite courses.</p>
