Hi,
I applied to Berkeley as a junior transfer for fall of 2014. On the UC application, I put my major down as sociology. This is supposedly just a "proposed" major, and schools don't actually accept you into that major until you are an admitted student, have done all the prerequisites, and have applied to the major. This past semester, I decided I want to be a psychology major instead. There are 4 classes I need to do in order to fulfill the prerequisite courses. If I complete all the prerequisites this summer for psychology (am signed up for 3 of the 4!) , I should be able to apply to the psych major instead of sociology, right?? That is if I am admitted... Waiting anxiously for April 25!!

Thanks for your help!!
