So I got accepted into the Animal Science major that I applied for, but recently I’ve decided to take an East Asian Studies major (which was the alt. major choice I put on my UC application) instead. Is there any way I can change majors before Fall quarter starts? I’m still interested in Animal Science, but I decided that I’d rather take it as a minor rather than a major.

And just out of curiosity, how do you declare a double major? If you got accepted into one major, how do you declare that you want to major in something else as well?

would it be hard to change from say, a major in the Agricultural and Environmental Sciences department to a major in a College of Letters and Science department? How does changing majors work? Is there paperwork that you have to fill out?

pretty much all the info you’re asking for is on the changing major section of the website. you can print out the forms you need. i’ve been taking classes as an “econ major” for the past couple quarters and i’m still in bio sci. i should really get around to changing
