Changing majors in University of Wisconsin-Madison

I have been accepted by Biomedical Engineering of UW Madison. However, I found out chemical & Biological engineering is the major which I plan to choose originally.
Two Questions:
Are there any ways to request to change majors before starting my freshman year?
Is the possibility very low?
