My daughter has an interview with a fellow at Chapman next week and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kinds of questions they ask. Also, what should she wear and any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
My kids wore business casual–my daughter wore a pencil skirt (knee length) with a sleeveless button up blouse (it can be HOT in Orange)–jewel tones. They did the basic questions–what makes you a good fit for Chapman, what are your academic strengths/weaknesses, things like that. I think the important thing to realize as far as Chapman goes is this is truly more an opportunity to learn more about Chapman and to demonstrate interest. A big part of the interview was spent on “tell me about yourself” and “what questions do you have for me.” These fellows don’t have the type of say in admissions decisions that the faculty and alumni interviews do at the Ivys.
