<p>@moniso i think what it is, is they are determining how many spots they have left and which people they want to offer them too. I hope they did a better job of having more spots for transfers but we will see. Some of us will get in and some of us won’t i guess well see. Anyone got fb? (guessing everyone lol) wouldn’t help to make other contacts with fellow filmmakers even if we dont get in.</p>

<p>I got into Emerson but I’m still waiting on Chapman. It’s a no-brainer that I’d go to CU over Emerson in a heartbeat, but I’ve yet to hear from them and Emerson’s tuition deposit/deferment deadline is the 1st of June… Ugh. I mean, Emerson’s film program is nothing to sneeze at, but still.</p>
<p>@03ulima as of now Chapman is the only one I’ve applied to.
The reason is that I didn’t have enough units to apply to UCLA at the time, and I wanted to squeeze a few more classes in before I applied to Biola. So, if I don’t get into Chapman, I’m going to apply to these schools (if possible) for the Spring.</p>

<p>So, as far as housing goes, you think we’ll get a chance to live on campus (seeing as they are taking FOREVER to admit us), or are we gonna have to find a place of our own?</p>

They have gotten 30% more apps than usual this year so they are struggling with getting through all of the applications in the normal timeframe. </p>
<p>Specifically it says: For Fall 2011 Transfer Students either still in the admission process OR haven’t yet completed their application file~</p>

If your application is complete and you have not yet heard back from us you should be receiving an admission decision soon. <p>thank you bayfilm… I am kind of freaking out without knowing if I got into chapman… but getting into USC today kind of compensates it… I’ll keep waiting, and waiting :P</p>
