Chapman University entry 2012 questions

Hello, everyone.
I have been gone for a while but I have been checking up on the board over my departure. As you all know the admission applications for 2012 will open soon, I am not sure when but soon hopefully. I will also be taking my ACT’s test soon, 12th of June to be specific and I have a few questions I needed answering.

1 – How does Chapman University handle international student’s grades, British students to be exact? I have very good GCSE’s but I think I will do terrible on the ACT’s test.
2 – When does Chapman over there admission for entry 2012?
3 – I don’t exactly have a counselor, what should I do?
4 – When I started school in England, my name was slightly modified. Only two letters were changed, but my non-modified name is on my passport. All the teachers and school know my non-modified name but they prefer to use the modified one because it is easier to understand. I accidently used my modified name on the ACT, what can I do?

I hope someone can answer these questions. I will appreciate any feedback. Please and thank you.

oh lawd. I would get that name mix up fixed quickly.
