Chapman University Law

During my seach of a Southern California Law School that appears to be in line with my goals I have discovered Chapman University as my top choice. I know it is a new program but it is already listed in The Princeton Review's "117 Top Law Schools." Does anyone know what are the admissions like? Do I have a shot? I was on campus this week and really had a great feeling about it but I don't want to get my hopes up if it just "ain't gonna happen." I know I've posted this before but here are my stats...

BA, Literature, Furman University, GPA 2.69
(Documented learning disability found late in sophomore year)
MA, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Univ of Tennessee, GPA 3.89
5 years working as a Hotel Manager in NYC and Southern California
I will be taking the LSAT in December and lets say for argument sake I get a better than average score as I tend to do well in testing (ACT, SAT, GRE)

I am always happy to hear y'alls words of wisdom...
