My Daughter got accepted into both Chapman and UCSB for bio major. She’s having a hard time deciding between the 2. On one hand Chapman offered her their presidential Scholarship. Chapman supposedly also have smaller class sizes and more access to research opportunities. UCSB is a higher ranking school. Financially, Chapman makes more sense but this is not the only factor in deciding which school to go to. Any insight would be much appreciated!
With pre-med, and I assume pre-dent,
The ranking of the college doesn’t matter. What matters is your GPA and DAT scores.
A cheaper college with access to research sounds good to me!
