Do you believe College Education in New York City can be affordable and some times FREE? Read this:

Cheap and Free Colleges in New York City: Pace, Macaulay, Cooper Union

It is not suprising that the well known free tuition at Coopers and the Honors College at CUNY are on the list. But How about Pace? A college ranked only 180 on USNEWR that requires very little (in CC's standards) will offer FREE RIDE to students that qualifies in their Honors College. Pace is right in downtown Manhattan, in the middle of the financial district. You can walk to internship/part time jobs on the Wall Street right after the class. And most of all, they offer 4 years Room and Board on campus whereas the CUNY won't offer and Coopers will only offer to the frosh.

Granted, Pace is no tier one, bearly even tier two, but the quality of education is up there, with a lot of good professors. A free Education in NYC should give you some thing to think about, especially to those international students, since they do admit international students to the Honors College...
