Cheated.

I am currently taking a C++ program in high school. In said program, there is an assignment that nearly everyone cheated on. I made a stupid decision, jumped on the bandwagon, and well, you know what they say. The last person who is caught with it, has to eat it. Yup, I was caught. It was a small assignment, worth only 20 points, and the cheating policy of the class is clear. 0 on the assignment, and a call home. I have already discussed it with my parents and teacher, and normally I am a very good student. However, I had a moment were I forsake my integrity and cheated.

Does anyone know about possible repercussions, and how I can move on?

I am aware of multiple universities that require students to disclose any academic integrity violations, and I’m pretty sure this constitutes one. How far are you into high school? If you are a freshman or a sophomore, you still have time to show maturity via improving grades without having to resort to crooked measures. If you’re a senior and you’ve already applied to colleges, they’d want to know about this RIGHT AWAY. In that case, it would be better to be up front with them before they find out from your school.
