<p>There was a kid cheating off of me during the ACT exam. Are all tests and answers the same? Should I report him? I don't know his name... </p>

<p>As much as I would like to see the cheater get what he deserves, I wouldn’t bother reporting him or her. How do you even know who the student who sat next to you was? At my testing location we didn’t even have assigned seats. It seems like too much of a hassle to go through.</p>
<p>Do you seriously think he was keeping up with you the whole time? Do you think he will get the same score as you? I doubt it.</p>
<p>if you’re okay with having to take the test again (and possibly also invalidating the scores of everyone else in the room, I’m not sure) then yea, I guess it’s your choice.
Honestly, though, that guy will get a much lower score than you. that’s guaranteed. I would just leave it alone.</p>
