<p>A friend of mine got waitlisted and he got his decision in the mail today. I’m about an hour away from Providence (20 minutes northwest of Boston). My mail doesn’t come until about 4:30-5:30 so… boo.</p>
<p>Damn... I'm in CT about 2 and a half hours away from Providence. But the mail's not here yet.</p>
<p>I just got my mail. There was a letter from Brown.</p>
<p>Thin envelope. Goodbye dream school. I'm already starting to move on, I think. I'm banking on Cornell and Penn, but after 3 elite college rejections in rapid succession...</p>

<p>D. got a thin envelope in the mail today. Don't think she'll be too disappointed (except ego-wise). She's one of the rare people who doesn't want to go to Ivy League school. So far Northwestern is at the top of her list but she'd also like an affirmative from Tufts.</p>
