Chem 14A eligibile? - please tell me I'm not

I recently realized that my Tuesdays are going to be living hell (8-10, 11-1, 2-4) with three 2-hour classes pretty much in a row. I also realized that if I had taken Chem 14A instead one of my other classes, it would be so much better. But after looking at the Course Description for 14A on URSA, I noticed it says, "Not open to students with credit for course 20A."

I scored a 4 on AP Chem, which supposedly gives me 8 credits for General Chem (<a href="http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/Prospect/APCreditLS.htm)%5B/url%5D">http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/Prospect/APCreditLS.htm)</a>, so does that mean I have credit for 20A, and therefore I wouldn't have been able to take the class anyway?

I'm hoping the answer is yes, so I won't feel as bad and start kicking myself for the entire quarter.. on Tuesdays, at least.

haha sorry, but i got a 4 on the chem ap test and i'm in chem14A

Noooooo now I'm going to suffer through this whole quarter!

Wait, so exactly what course credits for Chem do I get for getting a 4 on the AP test? What if I wanted to start the Chem series; would I have to start with 14A? What exactly are my 8 credits of General Chemistry?
