Chem 20L and Pang - Strategy guide?

Hello,

After reading the reviews on Bruinwalk I noticed Pang's probably a very hard professor....and there's no curve.

Are there any hints or tips as to what this guy can dish out?

Also...what exactly is CPR? I don't see it mentioned in the syllabus.

Thank you.

I don’t know anything about 20L, but I can say that CPR is this incredibly annoying online peer-review system (I used it for CS 1). Basically how it works is you do the writing assignment and then your peers will grade you by answering yes/no-style questions created by the course staff. Your grade on the assignment depends both on how others review you and how little the scores you gave other people differ from other reviewers’.

If I remember correctly, you’re graded on your grading more than you are on your writing. That could be a problem if your peers are terrible graders.

CPR is Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. If you can successfully resuscitate anyone that might need it during lab, you automatically get an A.

To do well, just make sure you know WHY you are doing every procedure, and learn it very well. Its important to read before going to the labs so you can know whats going on too.

why the hell does everyone complain about cprs? theyre so freaking easy.
