<p>Noticed on the ABET website that RIT's chemical engineering program isn't accredited.</p>

<p>ABET Accreditation is a lengthy process and since the Chemical Engineering program is only three years old, that process has not yet completed. However, all other Engineering majors in KGCOE (except the even newer biomed engineering) are ABET accredited and of course the college is working to get Chem E accredited as well.</p>
