<p>yes, its ok unless you think you might change back to premed/mcb/ib or something later...out of curiosity why are you in chem 1a right now?</p>

<p>I was originally intended on going the pre-med route. I'm currently taking the typical courses: Chem 1A, Math 1A (retaking the whole Calc series), etc. I've thought about it for a long time--whether I really wanted to become a doctor and such... but when it came time for the "real deal" (i.e., college lol) suddenly I've become more realistic with my goals. I don't think that path is right for me I suppose.</p>
<p>As for why I want to change it to P/NP...</p>
<p>I'm on the safe zone for a B in Chem 1A, but that's not making me too happy. I want to make sure my GPA is strong enough so that I can declare Psychology as my major.</p>
