Waiting for decisions

You meant RD, right? Or does RN stand for something..

Yeah, I'm waiting for decisions too...
It comes only by the mail, right?...

Technically, they call it RN for "Regular Notification".

My assumption is that they will send RN decisions via mail. They sent EA decisions via mail.

I'm guessing that they will send decisions fairly soon. They said mid-may, and it is almost mid-may.

I'm not sure if I'm ready to receive my decision. I'm not so much concerned with *when * I receive it as much as I am with * when I am prepared * to receive it.

Agree.... got rejected by NYU; really have even little faith in getting into this.......
I have 3 X 800 SATII
Reasoning: Reading 700, math 740, writing 650
GPA : 3.0 (Hong Kong University average is 2-2.5)

I am wondering if my 3.0 would look bad when compared to those 3.5 or above of the US students? my friend told me the averge for a lot of US school is 3 ?

Worrying....

Anyway, for me as an international, the lady said they will sent the results by both Email and UPS

most US schools have average GPAs of 3.2 or so these days, unless you go to a school which has considerable grade deflation

just as a reference.

And I am waiting as well.

if anyone gets a decision, please let us know!

well thats whats posted on their blog

sits

waits

^^
where in the blog does it say this? the most recent post only talks about housing.

see 4th comment!

^^ cool. thanks.

so has anyone gotten anything yet?

that's a negative.

negative...

they say they may post confirmation that they mailed it on the blog after the fact

I dont think we'll see them this week :(

positive...

we definitely won't see them this week

[ONE]...(poetry)VERSE....ITTY(bitty)...CHIC!...AGO!

:(

:(

Well, these are the scenarios:

1) They send them tomorrow, Saturday.
2) They send them next week (or later) and thus do not meet their estimated date of mid-may.
3) They have already sent them but, contrary to normal procedure, failed to announce it on their blog.

I think it is #2

I called. They have not mailed them. They are "still working on them" and would give me no expected mailing date.
