Choosing between SAT Subject Test Scores

Having just received my SAT Subject Scores back yesterday, I took both Math 1 and Math 2 and got a very high score on Math 1, and a decently high score on Math 2. I have already taken the Biology Subject Test and got a very high score as well, and I currently plan on majoring in some STEM field, preferably Physics or Mechanical/Nuclear Engineering at a high level school. Given my scores and the limitations set upon minimum and maximum submittable SAT Subject Tests at certain schools, should I take a fourth Subject test in one of the Humanities (probably Latin for me), and if so, which other score should I drop to meet the maximum limit of three set by certain schools? Any help?

*Also, having taken both Math 1 and Math 2, which is better: a very high score on Math 1, or a decently high score on Math 2?

If you want useful help, you’ll need to be a little more forthcoming, i.e. what were your scores?

800 Math 1, 750 Math 2, 770 Biology

I’d drop the Math 2 score. Unless you are applying to one of the few schools that recommend/require 3 subject tests (i.e. Georgetown), there’s no need to take another subject test. If you are applying to one of those schools, I would suggest you take another test and “drop” (if possible) the Math 2 score.

Ok! Thanks for the insight
