Hey guys,
I was hoping to get some advice on choosing classes for Spring 2012. I'm planning to apply for transfer to UC schools next year as a Cognitive Science major. My dilemma right now is that my Spring schedule is four music classes and an Anthropology class. All the courses are UC transferable. Two of the classes I am taking are to complete my Scholars Program requirements and the rest I am taking to be a full time student and improve my GPA. I have finished the IGETC and most of my major prerequisites. The remaining requisites are the math ones that I can't take because I did not place high enough on the placement test. I am planning on testing out of the lower math classes so I do not have to take those classes. My questions are, am I taking too many music courses this semester? Would it be better if add some variety? What type of classes should I take that can improve my chances of being able to transfer as a Cognitive Science major? I know it sounds like a dumb thing to be asking about but I just want to get some opinions and feedback.
