Choosing major, Public health or business?

Hi everyone! I am currently a high school student and will enroll in CCSF this summer, and is now quite confused with what majors to choose.

I am interested both in business and biology, a bit more in business, but I think that if I study public health(biology) and try to get a MBA later, I can have another background.
However, the list of courses for business major students on ASISST seems quite short for me(compared to public health), does it mean it's "easier " to finish all the courses? or is it harder because too many people are majoring in business.
Plus, I check the tuition of famous business schools, even public one(ex: Haas) will cost more than 50000 a year. I really don't think my family can afford that.

I know that first year I could do more IGETC and GE courses, but I am afraid if I want to change major, I need to spend more time in CCSF.
I am really not sure about what major to choose. Did anyone have the same situation before?
Really appreciate you for reading this unorganized message, any help is good ,Thank you!

Urgently need help, please!

If you are out of state, then it’s going to cost you more than 50k a year regardless of what Your major is and what UC you go to. Evey major is different and some require more prerequisites, but that doesn’t mean anything. It is easier to finish those prerequsites so you will have to take a lot more GE’s to fulfill the 60 unit requirement. Anthropology only has 3 prerequisites and it’s one of the least impacted majors.
