<p>I, along with many others, received an email informing me that I am not being considered for the merit scholarships (which came as no surprise to me). However, there is one section in the email asking to send my midyear report. It is to my understanding that USC asks a small batch of students to send the midyear report, so am I a part of that? Or is this just something they told everyone who applied by Dec 1 and was not selected? I actually already sent my midyear report, but I was curious as to if others received that part in the email.</p>
<p>That was in the email we got. I think it is probably standard. I know of two students who got the email and they were both identical.</p>
<p>Same here. I will do their online form even though I asked my counselor to do the Common App form.</p>
