Citizenship Status

I'm an Indian citizen but I've been studying in the US since 4th grade. I'm in 10th grade now and I was wondering whether I have to pay international fees still.

Most colleges don’t have “international fees.” Private colleges usually charge the same fees to all students; public universities normally have in-state and out-of-state tuition fees, and community college might also have an in-county rate.

Whether you qualify for in-state tuition depends on

 1. your visa status, and
 2. the rules of the state

If you have an immigration status that allows you to establish a domicile in the US (e.g. a green card or an H-4 visa as a dependent of an H-1B holder), you may qualify for in-state tuition if you meet all of the other requirements for in-state classification. (E.g. that your primary guardian has lived in the state for at least 12 consecutive months before the first day of classes, or that you graduated from an in-state high school.)
