Clairmont Campus housing?

Anyone know the pros and cons of the three upperclassman housing options at Clairmont (URC, CRC and Tower)?
I know that CRC is the furthest from the shuttle stop and that it has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apts with private baths and washer/dryers in the apts. URC is all 4 bedroom/2 bath apartments also with washer/dryers but Tower is double rooms and there are no washer dryers in the apartments (you have to go downstairs to do laundry. ANYTHING else one should know before room selection? Are there any advantages or disadvantages to one over another?

Tower, you share a room with someone. And bathroom.

You covered the rest.

Are there any pros and cons though to picking one over the other? Are they similar socially? Are they “nice”?
If you could afford any of the choices, which would you pick and why?

Tower is undeniably the worst. No pros being there.

If it were me, urc. But off campus is best choice. Unless you are trying to meet people.

As for social interaction, this isn’t like freshman year. You won’t be meeting your hallmates and becoming friends with them. Everybody has their circle now.

He picked URC. He wasn’t ready to go off campus.
