-I also work at Cold Stone and have helped my mother with payroll and inventory. (probably 10 hrs a week)

<p>you sound like an honestly hardworking kid which is refreshing. No showing of with zilions of awards and irrelavant honors. </p>
<p>your SAT's are above the lower 25th percentile for those admitted last year, which was a 1310. Your dedication to basketball is apparent. and You seem geared towards business which they specialize in. I think you have potential, with good essays and recs I think you have a good chance.</p>
<p>Other people might have taken more honors/AP classes and have higher weighted GPAs.</p>
<p>Your SATs are on the low side, but nothing that will doom you (especially if writing isn't factored in). Your obvious dedication to basketball and business are very in line with CMC. Good recs, good essays, perhaps ED if you're very sure (and not too late)...you have a fighting chance. Good luck!</p>
