Can one course count as a nonwestern, humanities, and second-writing requirement? The area requirements page says "Courses taken for this requirement may also count toward one other Area Requirement" but the second writing requirement is technically a competency requirement. Therefore it would be two area requirements (nonwestern/humanities) and on competency (2nd writing). Thanks in advance :)

Hazel - I read that and it still left me slightly confused. It says “area requirementS” so I’m assuming that means it COULD satisfy all three. However, I just need some confirmation before I plan my schedule around a belief that I’m satisfying requirements that I’m really not!

why do you have to assume, that sentence clearly states 1 course may be used for 2ww and 2 area requirements
in addition, when you sign up for classes, sis will tell you which requirements the class meets (as pending)

My apologies for being a nuisance Hazelorb! I just didn’t want to screw myself over is all. Thanks for your help!
