Class if 2018: What will you miss from your hometown if you were to attend Penn?

Just trying to ease my and your nerves until decisions come out haha.

Anyways, I'll probably miss:
Houston winters - they're cold enough for it to feel Christmassy, but not ridiculously cold. It's also really good running weather. It's 48 degrees right now, and I'm loving it.

The local gourmet hamburger restaurant that delivers to my school: The burgers from that place are seriously the best burgers I've had - ever. On top of that, students get a 50% discount.

Blue Bell ice cream

Running in my neighborhood: My neighborhood has a lot of trees and friendly dogs that run leash-less. Everything is really lax and carefree, and it's totally safe to go out for a jog alone at 3 in the morning (I've done it many times).

Well, that's it for now, but I'll post more if I think of any. As for the rest of you - post away! Hopefully Monday will be a good day for all of us.

I’ll miss:
Rain all winter long, a town full of potheads, and nothing to do ever.

OH WAIT JUST KIDDING
Can’t wait to leave and go to Philadelphia!!!

@iamoym are you a runner? I am, and when I visited Penn I ran on a bike path along the river that was only a couple minutes away from campus. It was really nice, and a lot of people used it. Of course, I doubt you could at 3 am, but still :)

Well considering I live 25 minutes away… Not much!! =D

^ same. Philadelphia represent
